1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • You received the wrong item in your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be reported to us within 3 days of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective.

4. Refund Policy

  • Ryzo Gadget only accepts Cash on Delivery (COD); therefore, we do not offer refunds for returned items.

5. Non-Rnot eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or altered.

  • Products returned without original packaging or missing accessories.

  • Any item reported after the return period has expired.

6. Exchanges

  • If your return is approved, we will send you a replacement item of the same product.
